Booking and Time Slots:
- Customers must arrive at the showroom within their allocated time slot. Late arrivals may result in a shortened shopping duration to accommodate the timeline of the next slot customer.
- We only allow 3 people to enter per slot.
- Time slots are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
Parking Availability:
- Limited parking spaces are available on-site for customers. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Kindly ensure that neighboring properties and vehicles are not obstructed. Your cooperation in parking your car thoughtfully and considerately is greatly appreciated.
Confirmation Email:
- Each customer must present their valid booking confirmation email upon arrival at the showroom.
- Personal shoppers or bulk shopping for commercial purposes are not allowed to ensure a fair and equitable shopping experience for all customers.
Safety and Hygiene Measures:
- Customers are required to follow all safety guidelines and hygiene protocols in the showroom.
Product Availability and Display:
- The availability of specific shoe models or sizes may vary.
While we strive to offer an extensive collection, not all designs may be available in-store. - Customers are encouraged to check the website for product availability.
Product Care and Try-On Policy:
- Customers are welcome to try on shoes to ensure proper fit and comfort.
- Showroom staff will assist customers during the try-on process to maintain the condition and cleanliness of the products.
Exchange and Return Policy:
- Purchases made at the showroom are not available for exchange or return.

Showroom FAQ!
Can I visit without booking an appointment?
Oopsie sorry but we only allow customers who received a booking confirmation email to enter the showroom.
Where is the showroom located?
Our showroom is at SS2, Petaling Jaya! Once the booking is confirmed, you will find your booking date, time and the address of our showroom.
Are all shoe designs available in the showroom?
Not all! Shoes that are available in-store only are those that are available online! Do check out the available shoes and their sizes on our website so that you know which to try on during your appointment!
Can I choose to pick up my online order in the showroom?
No, all online orders will be delivered via Ninja Van.
How many slots can I book per day?
You may only book one slot per day as we have a 30-minute buffer time to prepare for the next slot.
Can I reschedule my time slot if I missed it?
Absolutely! If you missed your time slot, you can reschedule it by visiting this page and selecting a new slot (subject to availability)
Can I exchange the shoes I bought online at the showroom?
Yes, you can exchange your shoes at the showroom, but please ensure it's within 30 days from the date of purchase. Kindly contact our team at hello@machino.com.my to arrange the exchange.
Which payment methods are available in-store?
We accept cashless payment such as Duitnow QR Pay, Bank Transfer, and ShopBack Instalment.
I purchased the shoes in-store. Can I exchange/ return them?
Unfortunately, shoes that are purchased in-store cannot be exchanged or returned as everyone has the chance to try the shoes. Hope you guys understand!
