Senior Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns aligned with Machino’s brand direction and growth goals.
  • Plan and organise event activations, photoshoots, from prep to post-production.
  • Manage all social media channels to drive engagement and traffic to achieve KPIs together with the team.
  • Strategise and executive content across all marketing touch points including social media, newsletters, paid ads, and explore emerging omnichannel opportunities to expand reach.
  • Maintain strong brand consistency, compelling storytelling.
  • Coordinate PR planning and execution, including seeding and influencer partnership.
  • Stay updated on fashion trends, social media updates, and market shifts to keep Machino relevant and competitive.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, social media, content creation, or a related field.
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Comm, Business, or a related field.
  • Ability to manage and execute multiple campaigns, from planning to post-launch.
  • Passionate about fashion, branding, and creating meaningful customer experiences.

Product Designer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the research and development of design concepts for upcoming product collections.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create sketches, mood boards, CADs, and technical drawings across various product categories.
  • Support material sourcing and colour palette development to align with design direction and seasonal trends.
  • Create, update, and maintain detailed technical specification sheets for all product types.
  • Participate in product fittings, prototyping, and design alterations under the guidance of the design team.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure design intent is accurately translated into production.
  • Support design-related documentation, organisation, and follow-through from concept to final product.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Designer in fashion, accessories, or footwear.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Marketing, or a closely related field.
  • Strong ability to produce technical drawings, CADs, and detailed design specifications.
  • Good understanding of fashion trends, colour theory, materials, and construction techniques.
  • Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or other relevant illustration software.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools for ideation, trend research, visualisation, or productivity is a strong advantage.
  • Analytical mindset with an interest in market research and customer behaviour.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Comfortable collaborating with suppliers across different regions and languages using digital communication tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to follow through from concept to production.

Merchandising Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage product assortments across retail, online, and pop-ups.
  • Forecast demand and assist in buy planning based on sales data, trends, and campaign calendars.
  • Monitor sell-through, best sellers, slow movers, and recommend replenishment or markdown strategies.
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams on launch timelines and stock readiness.
  • Manage SKU listings, pricing alignment, and product categorisation across platforms.
  • Support seasonal planning, campaign drops, and new collection rollouts.
  • Analyse weekly and monthly sales reports to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Assist in stock allocation and transfers between stores and channels when needed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Retail Management, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in merchandising, retail planning, or buying (fashion/footwear preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and trends.
  • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, basic forecasting).
  • Good understanding of fashion retail cycles and consumer behaviour.

JOB SCOPE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and maintaining e-commerce platforms standard operating procedures.
  • Assist in monitoring and handling inventory of products and order adjustments between fulfilment center.
  • Support marketing department with online presence by preparing assets for upcoming launches and collection via website, email newsletter and paid ads.
  • Market research on data analytics and necessary reports that would aid in improving e-commerce platforms.
  • Assist in website analysing to improve customers’ user experience via our e-commerce platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor in Business/ Marketing/ Commerce/ Management or a related field.

Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design key visual assets for marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms (social media, website, ads, newsletter, in-store displays, event materials).
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing team to develop concepts that align with brand direction and campaign goals.
  • Assist in storyboarding and designing for campaign photoshoots and videos.
  • Ensure all visuals are in line with Machino’s brand identity: bold, stylish, relatable.
  • Keep up with design trends, social media aesthetics, and what’s working visually in the fashion space.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design or a related creative role (fresh grads with strong portfolios are welcome to apply).
  • Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); bonus if you’re also familiar with Canva, CapCut or After Effects.
  • Strong eye for layout, typography, colour, and storytelling.
  • Able to design for both digital and print mediums.
  • Interest or background in fashion, lifestyle, or branding is a big plus.
