For wrong item(s) received:

For returns and refunds:
Email us at email@example.com with the subject "Shoe Return & Refund <Order Number>". Once approved, refunds will be made in store-credit form and credit into your membership account.

Terms & Conditions:
- Machino has the right to withhold any refunds or exchanges if not meeting the Terms & Conditions.
- Refunds will only be made in the store-credit form.
- Online purchases cannot be exchanged in store (Parkson Pavilion Bukit Bintang pop-up).
- Offline purchases at Parkson Pavilion Bukit Bintang cannot be exchanged/ returned via online.
- Please reach out for refunds and state clear reasons behind canceling an order.
- Returns and exchanges take place after you have reached out to the team and the details required are correct and complete.
- Refunds in store-credit form will be credited into your membership account after it has been approved by our team.
- Only items in their original state; unworn or non-faulty are eligible for returns and exchanges, with their original tags attached and packaging box; faulty/ worn items returned will be posted back to customers.
- Sales items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
