Personalised Alphabet Charms

1. Each Bridal Collection with the Hana Charm design includes 2 complimentary alphabet charms of your choice (non-exchangeable and non-refundable).

2. All charms are first-come-first-serve basis.

3. If your selected alphabet charm is unavailable, kindly choose another available option online or drop by our SS 18 store after contacting our Online Customer Service, we will assist you from there.

4. Additional alphabet charms are available for purchase at RM9.00 each, both online and in-store.

5. Exclusive in-store special charms — Heart, Lock, and Sparkle — are also available at RM9.00 each.

1. All charm sets are packed in a small dust bag for protection.

2. Customers are responsible for any lost charms after successful delivery.

3. If incorrect charms are sent please provide your order number and unboxing video/photo as proof. Email us at hello@machino.com.my and we will assist you from there!

4. Broken charm attachments upon delivery will be replaced to customers Free of Charge, including shipping, upon receipt, inspection, and approval by Machino.

5. Machino is not liable for any damage, breakage, or loss after the charms have been worn.

6. Damages or losses caused by customer use are not eligible for replacement.

7. Only factory defects or delivery-related issues are covered under our replacement policy.

8. Please report any missing charms or items within 14 days of receiving your online order. After the exchange-return window, such issues will be considered wear and tear.
